Aussies Cut For Eurovision Glory

With just a few weeks until the 2015 Eurovision Song Contest in Vienna, BoyleSports can report that the latest country to see support is Australia who have been invited to take part in the competition for the first time.

Initially installed at 16/1 when they were announced to take part, Australia are now 7/2 from 8/1 following a surge of support including a four figure cash bet on Guy Sebastian at 8/1 in one of our Dublin city centre shops.

Currently Sweden heads the betting at 15/8 to win the contest for a sixth time whilst Ireland can be backed at 125/1 to win the competition for a record eighth time.

Italy, who last won the competition back in 1990, are priced at 7/2 with Estonia next in the betting at 11/1. Hosts Austria are very easy to back to retain the Eurovision crown and have been eased out to 125/1 having initially been installed at 33/1.
