Cavan Punter Bags €10,800 Profit From €1.50 Punt On 49’s Draw

A County Cavan punter woke up on Thursday morning with a massive smile on their face after a flutter on four numbers in the 49’s draw led to a massive windfall.

The customer placed a €1.50 accumulator in a local BoyleSports shop on Wednesday at odds of 7,200/1 on four numbers to come out in the teatime 49’s draw.

They were left waiting on numbers 18, 22, 43 and 47 all rolling out of the machine and there were scenes of celebration as that’s exactly what happened.

The run of luck allowed them to go back up to the counter and pick up a staggering total of €10,801.50, all from a stake of €1.50.
