Charles and Lauren Joint Favourites for Strictly Quarter-Finals Exit

It’s Musical week for Strictly Come Dancing’s quarter-finals, but who will be singing and dancing their way to the semi-finals and who will be sent packing?

We’re torn between two celebs and have made Charles Venn and Lauren Steadman the joint 11/8 favourites ahead of this weekend’s performances.

Charles has been in the dance off three times already so he will need to impress if he is to overcome his odds. The EastEnders actor will take on a Rumba to ‘Maria’ from West Side Story, however should it fall flat it could spell the end of his time on the dancefloor.

Lauren has never found herself in the bottom two, but she was bottom of the leaderboard last weekend scoring just 23 for her Salsa and coming last with one point from the Lindy-Hop-A-Thon.

Despite facing off against a now eliminated Graeme Swann in the dance off last week, Ashley Roberts looks relatively safe at odds of 6/1. However her chances of taking home the Glitterball have taken a hit as she drifts out to 10/1 from 7/1.

Stacey Dooley took back over the top spot in the outright betting earlier in the week and remains there at even money having shortened in from 7/4. Joe Sugg is her main threat for the Glitterball as he lies second in the betting at 15/8.
