Is A Comeback On the Cards For Conor McGregor?

Conor McGregor is never out of the limelight and never out of the punter’s minds either as we have been forced to slash the price on the Notorious’ comeback this year into 4/5, cut from 7/1.

The former UFC two-weight champ had been pictured sporting a hand cast in recent weeks but appears to have recovered resulting in a flurry of bets coming for the cage fighter to return to the octagon in 2019.

Just a few months ago the Crumlin native said that he had ‘decided to retire from the sport formally known as MMA’ but only days later social media was awash with reports of a rematch with Khabib Nurmagomedov but the UFC lightweight champion has hinted at retiring meaning McGregor might never get his rematch.

It’s 16/1 that the pair will meet again before the end of 2019.

The 30-year old Dublin native posted a video on Instagram showing his well-being following his hand injury.

He was competing in the bottle cap challenge where he removed the cap from a bottle with a roundhouse kick and has since challenged Floyd Mayweather to do the same. A challenge to compete against the boxer could be on the long finger with the odds of McGregor returning to the ring in 2019 pushed out to 20/1 from 8/1.
