County Meath punter wins BIG sum playing Irish Lotto with BoyleSports

There was big cause for celebration in Co. Meath this week when a punter walked off with an incredible five-figure payout on the Irish Lotto.

The anonymous winner parted with €70 in a local BoyleSports shop in the county on Wednesday and threw it on numbers 9, 10 and 39 to come out in the Lotto draw that evening.

They were facing mammoth odds of 625/1 for all three to come out of the machine from the seven drawn, but their luck was in as all the numbers dropped and the celebrations could begin.

When the numbers were revealed, the punter was able to exchange their betslip for an astonishing €43,820.
