Donald Trump Backed To Win Nobel Peace Prize

It wasn’t even on the radar a matter of days ago, but Donald Trump has now been backed at 2/1 to win the Nobel Peace Prize during his first term as President of the United States.

We received what had been an unlikely bet request the day after a South Korean national security advisor sensationally announced at the White House that North Korea were ‘committed to denuclearisation’ and that..

..Trump had agreed to a meeting with leader Kim Jong Un in a bid to further ease nuclear tensions.

Trump tweeted at the weekend that a deal with North Korea was ‘very much in the making’ and subsequently told a rally in Pennsylvania that the talks could deliver the ‘greatest deal for the world.’

Should he land the coveted accolade, the President would join a list of previous Nobel Peace Prize Laureates including Desmond Tutu, Nelson Mandela, Kofi Annan and predecessor Barack Obama.

Having been previously subject to bets that he would make an early exit from the Oval Office, Trump is now heavy odds-on at 1/3 from 4/6 to extend his reign as Commander-In-Chief beyond 2020.
