Double Whammy After Early Election Payout

As Enda Kenny has been announced as Taoiseach, we’re looking at another large payout following our early payout in February on a Fine Gael/Fianna Fáil government.

Just a day after the country took to the polls to vote on the next Irish Government back in February, we paid out on a Fine Gael/Fianna Fáil government.

However 70 days later there has been an official decision that saw Enda Kenny reprise his role as Taoiseach.

The result was 59 votes to 49 votes in favour of Mayo man Kenny and saw us paying out again on the Next Government market, as well as two more markets, Enda Kenny to be Taoiseach and Fine Gael & Any Others bar Fianna Fáil, which has seen that initial pay out double.

We are also paying out on a Fine Gael Minority as a gesture of goodwill despite the presence of Independent ministers.
