At 5.20pm on Saturday, Retirement Beckons (5/1) won by a neck at Ayr to begin the coup.

Things escalated quickly as Graceful Lady (14/1) and Brog Ahaon (11/4) won the 5.30 and 5.35 races at Newmarket and Kilbeggan respectively.

Within the blink of an eye, the hopeful Dub stood on the verge of a significant win and the celebrations began as Sandyman (7/1) streaked clear in the 5.45 at Lingfield to land the spoils. There was little patience required as all four had past the winning post within half an hour of each other.

For a total stake of €15, they were able to log back in to see their account boosted by a mega €6,263.32.
