A lucky Co. Cork customer is laughing all the way to the bank on Wednesday morning after they turned a 0.50 cent bet into a whopping €16,500.50.

The customer placed 0.50 cent on the numbers 11, 15, 20 and 30 to be drawn from the EuroMillions Main Draw on Tuesday night.

All four numbers were drawn resulting in the customer defying the odds of 33,000/1 and turning their 0.50 cent bet into a mouth-watering €16,500.50.

The customer would have won just €43 had they done their four EuroMillions numbers in a newsagents!
