Frank De Boer Favourite For Southampton Job

Frank De Boer is the new 6/4 favourite to replace Claude Puel as Southampton manager after previous even money favourite Thomas Tuchel has reportedly ruled himself out of the running.

De Boer, who was in line for the Southampton job last year, was quickly made the new favourite following the news, having been initially priced at 5/1.

Tuchel is now 6/1 while Mauricio Pellegrino, who has been linked to the Crystal Palace job, is next in the betting at 8/1.

Also in the running is former England manager Roy Hodgson (10/1), Reading boss Jaap Stam (10/1), former PSG gaffer Laurent Blanc (12/1), Man United’s 2014 interim manager Ryan Giggs (12/1) and Roger Schmidt (12/1), who was recently announced as Chinese Super League Beijing Guoan’s manager.
