In the Brentford v Burnley match our winner picked Brentford’s Bryan Mbeumo who scored a second half goal to clear his target of 8.5 points. In Newcastle v Crystal Palace he correctly predicted that Anthony Gordon would clear his points target of 7.5 which he did thanks to a goal just before half-time.

Declan Rice was also amongst the goals for Arsenal in the 5.30pm Saturday kick-off which saw him eclipse his 5.5-point total. Man United midfielder Scott McTominay was another selection on this week’s winning team with his first half goal crucial to beating his points total of 6.5.

That left WOODZY just needing Aston Villa’s Ollie Watkins to beat his total of 6.5 to land the £5k jackpot. Watkins duly obliged thanks to a second half goal in Villa’s 4-1 win against West Ham.
