What Does The Future Hold For Robbie Keane?

Robbie Keane hung up his boots on his Republic of Ireland international career on Wednesday night and, with a bit more time on his hands, BoyleSports has priced up some specials on what the Tallaght native could do next.

Keane is 11/4 to be a contestant on RTE’s Dancing with the Stars whilst it’s 25/1 that he will be a contestant on Celebrity Big Brother in 2017.

The record all time goal scoring machine for the Republic of Ireland is 7/4 to become a member of the RTE Soccer panel whilst it’s 9/2 that he will be signed up as a Sky Sports pundit.

The 36 year old is 11/2 to release an autobiography before the end of 2016 with 8/1 the price on offer that he will release his own clothing range. With Keane living in Los Angeles whilst he plays with LA Galaxy it’s 33/1 that he will star in a Hollywood movie.

Robbie Keane could well become a permanent member of RTE’s soccer panel now that he has retired from international football

…and follow in the footsteps of former teammates Richie Sadlier and Kenny Cunningham.

Keane could be a dark horse for RTE’s Dancing with the Stars and with his contacts in LA it would be no surprise to see him launch his own clothing range. Whatever lies ahead for the Tallaght native we reckon we haven’t heard the end of Robbie Keane just yet.
