Ireland Drift As 6 Nations Hopes Fade

Ireland’s devastating one point defeat to France in Paris has seen the Boys In Green tumble down the betting for Six Nations glory.

Joe Schmidt’s side’s 10-9 loss in their second game of the tournament has had a detrimental effect on their price to win as they are pushed right out to 40/1, having been on offer at 5/1 before their clash with France.

France, however, have shortened into 4/1 from 7/1 after claiming back-to-back wins.

Wales overcame Scotland at the Principality Stadium with a narrow 27-23 win and have been cut into 7/4 from 11/5, seeing them close in on current Even money favourites England.

Scotland may have felt the sting of another defeat, but the large drift on Ireland has resulted in them being cut into 33/1 from 50/1.

Favourites England continue their campaign with a trip to Italy on Sunday.
