Joint Favourites For Making A Murderer Movie Role

Making A Murderer is arguably the most talked about Netflix documentary of all time and as Steven Avery continues to protest his innocence of the murder of Teresa Halbach, we suspect a motion picture surrounding the case could be released before 2020.

It’s a role any actor would love to sink their teeth into as it explores possible police corruption, Steven’s wrongful sexual assault conviction for which he served 18 years in prison and his current murder conviction, which is in the process of appeal.

Fargo actor Billy Bob Thornton shares favouritism for the role with Danny McBride, of Eastbound & Down, at 9/2.

Kiefer Sutherland is also in the running for the role at 11/2 to swap Jack Bauer for Manitowoc’s Steven Avery.

Woody Harrelson is 7/1 to take on the role with Jeff Bridges on offer at 9/1 and both Val Kilmer and Jeremy Renner, best known for Hawkeye in The Avengers, both priced at 12/1.

Leonardo DiCaprio, who is tipped to take the Oscar for Best Actor, joins Brad Pitt at 16/1 with controversial comedian Louis CK a 20/1 shot.

Paul Giamatti, John Travolta, Sean Penn and Daniel Day-Lewis are 50/1 outsiders.
