Kelly Tipped For Labour After Late Late Appearance

Following his appearance on the Late Late Show on Friday night, we can report a surge of support for Alan Kelly to become the next leader of the Labour party in Ireland.

Kelly believes that he could double Labour’s government presence up to 14 after the next General Election.

He now represents the worst result in the book as punters continue to bank on him to replace Joan Burton.

The Tipperary native is now 8/15 from 4/6 and continues to be winning punters over ahead of main rival Brendan Howlin. Howlin has now been eased further to 6/4 from 13/10 whilst Seán Sherlock is next in the betting at 12/1 but has doubled in price having been 6/1 earlier in the week.

Former Minister for Education and Limerick native Jan O’Sullivan remains 22/1 whilst Westmeath native Willie Penrose has also been eased out to 40/1 from 33/1.

Dublin TD, Brendan Ryan is the outsider to get the job at 80/1.
