Late Lotto Luck Sees For Two Dublin Punters

Two Dublin punters are in for a very special Christmas after their lucky lotto numbers bagged them a combined €15,535 just two days before Christmas.

Both customers placed their bets in local BoyleSports stores in the capital on the Irish Lottery’s Lotto Plus 2 draw on Saturday evening.

The first customer staked a total of €3 across two bets, a €2 bonus accumulator on the four numbers, 8, 9, 12 and 23 and a €1 bonus Treble on three numbers 8, 9 and 12. The second customer placed a €2 bonus accumulator on the four numbers 8, 9, 12 and 23.

Defying the odds their numbers were revealed with 8 being the bonus ball. It saw the first customer scoop a total windfall of €7,933, €7,602 for their bonus accumulator and €331 for their bonus treble, with the second punter walking away with a tasty €7,602 for their €2 stake.
