Kerry v Galway

MATCH BETTING ODDS
Kerry can be gotten at 28/1, Galway are 1/20, while the draw is 11/1.
Preview
Kerry’s first season in the League of Ireland is drawing to a close with five games remaining. Despite their mere eight-point total, there is a lot of grounds for optimism around the club for their general improvement in performance.
I suspect Kerry’s experience this season will have brought them on a lot. This is a free hit as they look to spoil the promotion party.

As Galway close in on the league title, the live cameras are coming to Mounthawk on Friday evening to form part of Virgin Media’s live TV coverage.
A great opportunity for the club to showcase Mounthawk Park.

Galway United are fifteen points clear at the top of the table and there is a varying amount of permutations which will confirm their status as Premier Division bound as First Division winners. The simplest way is to avoid defeat against Kerry and the job is done.
You would have to back the westerners to do that too following their FAI Cup Quarter-Final 4-0 humbling of Dundalk last weekend.
6️⃣ different ways we could win the league in the next week 💪
We need just one more point or Waterford to drop a single point in the 6️⃣ remaining games and we have mathematically guaranteed the title at the end of the season 🏆#ItsATribalThing pic.twitter.com/t0ck4BGMLD

Wexford v Bray
When? 7.45 pm, Friday 22nd September
Where? Ferrycarrig Park, Wexford
How To Watch? LOITV.ie
MATCH BETTING ODDS
Wexford can be gotten at 23/20, Bray are 2/1, while the draw is 5/2.
Preview
Wexford were beaten at the death last weekend by Cork City 2-1. Two late goals meant the dream of their first-ever FAI Cup Semi-Final is gone for another year.
It’s a return to league action now and with two home matches in the coming days, a positive result in both and they will be all but playoff-bound. Additionally, if they take those seven points in their last four remaining league games into the playoffs, they may have the last laugh against Cork City yet.
Two massive home ties next weekend!

Bray have four points in their last three league games, but with the Seasiders currently 7th on the table and six points behind opponents Wexford, nothing short of a victory in this one will keep their faint playoff hopes even remotely realistic.

Cobh v Finn Harps
When? 7.45 pm, Friday 22nd of September
Where? St Colman’s Park, Cobh
How To Watch? LOITV.ie
MATCH BETTING ODDS
Cobh are 11/20, Finn Harps can be gotten at 4/1 while the draw is 3/1.
Preview
Cobh currently are on a three-game winning run as they look to build up some momentum before the playoffs begin.
The Cobh faithful will gain great encouragement following their 2-0 victory over Waterford last weekend. Waterford are a side they’re likely going to have to beat if they’re to make their unlikely Premier promotion push a reality.

Finn Harps are back in league action following a spirited 1-2 FAI Cup Quarter-Final defeat against St Patrick’s Athletic, where they held the lead until a 48th-minute equalising penalty from Chris Forrester. Tommy Lonergan completed the comeback to knock them out of the cup.
With six games remaining, it’s unlikely that Harps can make a late playoff place surge but a win here would keep hopes alive.
A valiant effort by Harps but the cup campaign ends in the quarter finals.

Longford v Waterford
When? 7.45 pm, Friday 22nd September
Where? Bishopsgate, Longford
How To Watch? LOITV.ie
MATCH BETTING ODDS
Longford can be gotten at 6/1, Waterford are 4/11, while the draw is 7/2.
Preview
Longford are coming into some great form. That’s despite a 5-0 friendly defeat against St Patrick’s Athletic last weekend.
In the league they have points in their last five league games and are now only four points behind Wexford who occupy the final playoff spot. Longford are another potential banana skin for Waterford and I think they could get something out of this game.

Waterford have two defeats in their last three league games, which is not a good sign for a team which will want to win the playoffs come the end of the season.
This is still a solid First Division outfit with ten points between them and closest challengers Cobh Ramblers (besides a rampant Galway league title bound that is).

Treaty United v Athlone
When? 7.45 pm, Friday 8th September
Where? Markets Field, Limerick
How To Watch? LOITV.ie
MATCH BETTING ODDS
Treaty are 13/5, Athlone can be gotten on 10/11 while the draw is 12/5.
Preview
Treaty are not in great form. Five points in their last five league games means they’re currently seven points off a playoff spot with five games remaining in the regular league season.
Last time out they earned a 2-2 away draw against Bray but nothing other than a win here would do to keep playoff aspirations alive.

Athlone on the other hand are comfortably in fourth place, four points ahead of Wexford following the nine points earned in their last five league games.
They will be beginning to focus their attention toward the playoffs now so it’ll be interesting to see how they approach these remaining games.

Treaty 0-2 Athlone
