Liverpool Boss Jurgen Klopp Odds Slashed For Anfield Sack

Jurgen Klopp will not welcome the latest news that his odds have shrunk to be the next Premier League manager to leave their post after his side found themselves on the wrong end of a 1-0 scoreline against Fulham on Sunday.

Mario Lemina’s strike just before half-time at Anfield saw the Reds slip to another loss in a poor stretch of form, handing the relegation-threatened Fulham the victory.

The Reds had lost to Burnley, Brighton, Manchester City, Everton and Chelsea on home soil heading into Sunday’s clash, drawing blanks on all but one of those occasions.

Following their loss to the Cottagers, a gamble has been triggered on Klopp losing his job with those odds plummeting into 7/2 from 25/1 immediately after the final whistle.

On Wednesday, Liverpool travel to Budapest to face RB Leipzig in the Champions League holding a 2-0 lead from their first-leg clash in the Hungarian capital. Liverpool are the 13/10 favourites for a win on the road and are 4/7 to get their first win at home this year against Aston Villa.

Klopp is now 7/2 from 25/1 to be the next Premier League manager to leave their post as the Reds continue their abysmal stretch of poor form.
