Lotto Luck In Meath As Punter Beats 3,800/1 Odds With €4 Stake

The Monday blues will be well and truly banished for one lucky punter in Co Meath as they are celebrating after landing a stunning Lotto coup from a small stake on Saturday evening.

The anonymous customer went into a BoyleSports shop in the Royal County and placed a simple €4 accumulator on four numbers coming out in the Irish Lottery Plus 2 draw that evening which included the bonus ball.

They needed all four numbers to land, but when 3, 14, 35 and 39 all dropped, the customer had conquered odds of 3,800/1.

When their stake was returned along with the winnings, it saw them emerge with a grand total of a whopping €15,204.
