Lotto Luck Shines on Monaghan Punter Who Wins €6,002 From €2 Stake

A punter in County Monaghan is dancing their way through the weekend after they landed a lovely win on the 49s Lotto draw that took place on Saturday afternoon.

The customer called into their local BoyleSports shop and placed a €2 accumulator on numbers 6, 8, 11 and 24 in the 49s Lotto at odds of 3,000/1 that included the bonus ball.

It was an ambitious bet but the punter was rewarded handsomely after the numbers 6, 11 and 24 were all pulled from the draw within the first six numbers.

The final number the customer needed was 8 and it was drawn as the booster bonus ball meaning the €2 accumulator had landed.

The punter was able to exchange their €2 bet slip for a whopping sum of cash amounting to €6,002.
