Debutant Antony put the hosts ahead against Arsenal, who looked to be in the ascendancy when Bukayo Saka equalised in the second half before a Marcus Rashford double sent Erik ten Hag’s men fifth in the table.
A top four finish for the Red Devils has since shortened into 11/8 from 2/1, while the chances of United being crowed champions have even shortened into 20/1, below – odds that had been out at 100/1 after they lost their first two matches of the season.
A first title for Arsenal since the 2003/04 season has been eased out to 12/1 from 8/1, while Manchester City remain 1/3 favourites despite being held to a draw at Aston Villa.
