Milan Native And Any Second Now Joint BoyleSports Irish Grand National Favs

Gordon Elliott’s Kim Muir winner Milan Native and the Ted Walsh-trained Any Second Now are the early joint favourites for the BoyleSports Irish Grand National scheduled for Fairyhouse next month.

We revealed the betting for the €500,000 Easter Monday showdown after a total of 97 entries were revealed this week, with Delta Work a 20/1 shot to win the race for Gordon Elliott having been allocated the top weight of 11-10.

Tiger Roll has been chalked up at 14/1 off the back of news that his bid at an Aintree hat-trick will have to wait another year.

Burrows Saint, who broke Willie Mullins’ duck in the race last year, is 16/1 to retain his crown, with Salsaretta, Bellshill and Total Recall also rated 16/1 shots for the Closutton trainer.

Ted Walsh and Gordon Elliott saddle the current joint favourites in Any Second Now and Milan Native at 10/1.
