Monaghan Man’s Ambitious Europa Accumulator Bags €8,505

A Monaghan footie fan pulled off an incredible coup on Thursday after their ambitious Europa League accumulator defied the odds returning an incredible €8,505.

The customer placed a €30 stake on Celtic to win (v Rb Leipzip) and both teams to score at 4/1, Salzburg to win (v Rosenburg) and both teams to score with and a draw result and both teams to score in Real Betis v AC Milan (16/5) and Bordeaux v Zenit St Petersburg’s (7/2).

All four Europa League fixtures kicked off at 8pm on Thursday seeing the Monaghan native sweat through a tough 90 minutes.

Salzburg’s win over Rosenburg was the easiest result of the four selections with Salzburg going 3-0 up before half time. Goals from Rosenburg ticked off both teams to score with an OG and Minamino’s hatrick securing a 5-2 win.
