Wes Strips James of Dancing On Ice Favouritism

Wes Nelson has taken over as the Dancing On Ice favourite as his power struggle with James Jordan continues.

The Love Island star may have placed third on the leaderboard with a score of 29.5, but the bets began to roll in for Wes to win on Sunday evening and have snowballed since, forcing us to make him the new 11/8 favourite, having been priced at 7/4 before the weekend’s performances.

Former pro Strictly Come Dancing star James Jordan continues to score highly each week,

nabbing an impressive 31.5 points for his routine,

but his support was no match for Wes’ this week, and he has been eased out to the 13/8 second favourite from 6/4 favouritism.

Melody Thornton topped the leaderboard with a whopping 32.5 out of 40 for her performance to Fleur East’s ‘Sax’ and has shortened into 6/1 from 7/1 as a result. Although it isn’t quite enough to make her way into the current battle for the top spot.

Gemma Collins suffered a nasty fall during her routine on Sunday and is suffering with injuries to her knees as a result. However, the unfortunate mishap saw punters rush to support the TOWIE star, backing her into 20/1 from 33/1 to win.
