Odds On Trump Winning US Election Shorten Slightly Following Support

President Donald Trump and former Vice President Joe Biden enter the closing week of their US Presidential election with support arriving for the incumbent despite ratings still in the favour of Biden.

A new poll finds Biden stretching his lead over Trump in Michigan, Wisconsin and Pennsylvania but punters have started to back Trump with his odds now 13/8 from 7/4.

This is the first time there has been support for the current US President in over a week.

Just like the US Presidential election four years ago, Biden’s favourability over Trump might not be enough to place him in the White House if the recent betting is anything to go by.

Multiple senior aides to Pence have tested positive for COVID-19 which could be the reason why the Democratic challenger has been eased out to 1/2 from 4/9.
