Ronaldo Now Joint Favourite To Be Premier League Top Goalscorer

Cristiano Ronaldo is leading a crowded race to be crowned top goalscorer in the Premier League this season according to the latest shift in the betting after he found the net twice on his second Manchester United debut at the weekend.

The £12.86m signing from Juventus took just 45 minutes to register the first goal of his second spell at the club against Newcastle before adding another in the second half…

and has already been backed into 5/2 from 10/3 to finish the season on top of the scoring charts.

A highly competitive race for the golden boot however looks increasingly likely, with Romelu Lukaku and Mo Salah both scoring in respective 3-0 victories for Chelsea and Liverpool.

Lukaku’s brace against Aston Villa saw him shorten into 5/2 from 3/1, while Mo Salah joined the Belgian on three goals for the season with the opener against Leeds and is a 5/1 shot to go one better than last season when he finished one goal short of Harry Kane’s total.

Manchester United meanwhile have been trimmed into 6/1 from 15/2 to win a 21st league title this season after their 4-1 victory over the Magpies sent them top of the table on goal difference ahead of Chelsea (5/2) and Liverpool (9/2).

Bet on Cristiano Ronaldo – Top Premier League Goalscorer.
