Three-In-A-Row At York Bags Louth Punter Four-Figure Sum

A County Louth punter made light work of the racing action on Thursday by walking off with a four-figure win in the blink of an eye.

The anonymous customer struck a €10 trixie wager on the big meeting at York, picking three horses in the final three races on Thursday afternoon.

6/1 shot Gold Wand made it a perfect start by winning the 3.45 by 1¾ lengths and was quickly followed into the winners’ enclosure by Ataser (7/1) in the 4.20.

There wasn’t much time to settle the nerves before Amber Storm was off and running in the 4.50 and the bet was landed after the 11/2 shot scored a relatively comfortable victory.

The treble was complete in just over an hour and allowed the punter to return to the shop to collect a cool €5,175.

We send congratulations to our Louth punter who made it look easy with three quick fire winners at York.

A satisfying four-figure reward is theirs as a result and we wish them happy spending.
