Tom Brady Backed To Team Up With Buccaneers

NFL fans could be greeted with the strange sight of Tom Brady kitted out in the colours of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers next season if the betting on his next team is anything to go by.

Rumours have been swirling that the legendary New England Patriots quarterback does not intend to return to the side, which could trigger a scramble for his signature as free agency opens this week.

The Tampa Bay Times have reported that the Buccaneers are prepared to go ‘all in’ on the six-time Super Bowl champion amid rumours head coach Bruce Arians is keen to replace his quarterback Jameis Winston.

Should he move, the Buccaneers are the side attracting most interest in the betting to secure Brady as he shortened into 9/4 from 5/1 to make the move from New England to Tampa Bay.

The Patriots are odds-on at 4/6 to agree a deal to keep Brady on board for next season, while the Raiders are in the mix as 4/1 shots to begin their life in Las Vegas with Brady on their roster.

The Tennessee Titans had been as short as 7/2 to snap him up, but they have drifted to 25/1 after confirming that they are retaining the services of the 2019 season’s comeback player of the year Ryan Tannehill.
