Wes Nelson New Dancing On Ice Favourite

Now Strictly Come Dancing is over, with documentary maker Stacey Dooley and her professional partner Kevin Clifton taking the Gitterball trophy, fans attentions have turned to Dancing On Ice.

Love Island’s Wes Nelson is the new favourite to win after a fresh burst of support saw his odds cut to 3/1 favouritism from 9/2. Previous 11/4 favourite, former professional Strictly Come Dancing star James Jordan, has drifted out to the 9/2 second favourite as a result.

Pussycat Doll, Melody Thornton has also seen her odds eased for the DOI title as she is now third in the betting at 5/1 having been available at 9/2.

Brian McFadden has been a subject of interest with punters with the former Westlife stars odds being backed into 7/1 from 9/1.

Other names among the line-up are EastEnders’ Richard Blackwood (13/2), Coronation Street’s Jane Danson (9/1), former X Factor contestant and Eurovision star Saara Aalto (12/1), cricketer Ryan Sidebottom (16/1), Loose Women’s Saira Khan (25/1) and Neighbours’ Mark Little (25/1) and Greece’s Didi Conn (28/1).

Arguably the most anticipated star to take to the ice is TOWIE’s Gemma Collins, however at 28/1 she isn’t expected to wow in her skates.
