X Factor Bootcamp – Ones To Watch

X Factor

Outright Betting

Bootcamp looks to be explosive this weekend with the preview clip showing tears, tantrums and taunts from the live audience; I for one cannot wait.

The arena auditions were not much to shout about with many standout acts not getting any air time. The focus has been firmly on a select few, leading you to forget about some key acts ahead of bootcamp. Paul Akister, Jay James, Lola Saunders: these are all hotly tipped to go far this year but let’s look at some other acts who could throw a spanner in the works.

Chloe O’Gorman 20/1

Chloe O’Gorman remember her? She had a fantastic room audition but was nowhere to be seen in the Arena auditions. I cannot fathom why because this girl can sing and is without question better than Kerrianne Covell who is 8/1.

You may have seen her last year; she was the Justin Bieber fanatic and was really annoying. There was no mention of the Biebs this time round which instantly increases her chances of heading to the judge’s houses. Refresh your memory below.

Only The Young 10/1

Only The Young are a foursome who have a weird Brady Bunch meets the Von Trapp family vibe but were the only group to show any real potential. For some reason they were also left out of the arena auditions for groups such as The Courtesans, The Joys and Rouge Kiss.

Groups are always a weak category but these guys actually have a chance. After doing a bit of social media stalking and hearing what they can really do I can’t wait to see them at bootcamp.

Andrea Faustini 10/1

Andrea has stood out for many reasons: his pug jumper, adorable personality and bloody brilliant voice. He is an act I shouldn’t need to tell you to watch out for but I couldn’t leave him out. The Boys category is very strong this year with the likes of Paul Akister and Jake Quickenden.

Andrea may not have that sex appeal that they look for but he has a lovely charm about him. He may suffer the same fate as Paul did in judge’s houses: being overlooked for a prettier less talented boy, but he is sure to entertain at bootcamp.

Concept 20/1

They came, they sang and they were never seen again. As I mentioned before the groups are poor but Concept have it together and gave a great first audition. X Factor is known to put bands together because of this very issue; Little Mix and that other boy group; what were their name again? And there have been reports that they will form two groups again this year.

Is this why we have not seen Concept again? How and ever they will be at bootcamp and will get a seat; whether they keep it we will just have to wait and see.

Raign 100/1

Ok so how can you forget Raign?! She is possibly the most irritating person to ever appear on the X Factor which is no easy feat – Jedward, Chico, Louis. Cheryl has not made any attempt to hide the fact that she wants to jump the judges stand and drop kick her to the head; we all know Chezza has a feisty side.

With Cheryl mentoring the girls X Factor bosses would be mad if they did not make sure Raign made it to the live shows just so we can see Cheryl go all Geordie Shore on her ass (fighting, not going out, getting hammered and having a smooch with her). Raign can also sing but give it a rest with the original song.
