Invitation Only The Thyestes Chase Favourite For Mullins

Willie Mullins and Gordon Elliott horses dominated final declarations for Thursday’s Thyestes Chase at Gowran Park with 14 out of the final 18 set to go to post trained by the prolific pair.

Jack Kennedy’s mount General Principle also went 10/1 from 14/1 on Wednesday afternoon.

Mall Dini, the other 8/1 joint favourite having opened up at 14/1, is the main danger to Mullins and Elliott in the betting and will be ridden by Patrick Mullins, who steered the Pat Kelly-trained 9-year-old to second in the Kim Muir at Cheltenham the last time he partnered him.
