However, Bayern Munich are entering this new European season in solid domestic form with ten points from their opening four league games. Although they dropped points in their most recent game, drawing 2-2 with Leverkusen following Exequiel Palacios’ 94^th-minute penalty equaliser.

This’ll be Thomas Tuchel’s first full season in charge of the club having been appointed back in March from Julian Nagelsmann.

Man United’s Form

Manchester United returned to the Champions League this season following their third-place Premier League finish under Erik ten Hag. This meant the club had finished in the top four in three of the past four seasons.
