Cruz Beckham Shortens To Clinch UK Christmas Number One

The race for UK Christmas Number One is on and at present it’s the song that has been written in memory of MP Jo Cox that heads the betting at Evens.

The X Factor winner will be crowned this weekend and they are 7/2 to take the top spot in the Christmas charts.

However, we can report a major plunge on 11 year old Cruz Beckham whose debut song “If Every Day Was Christmas” was released on Wednesday.

Having originally been available at 50/1, Cruz Beckham is now 7/1 to claim the coveted top spot in the UK Charts come Christmas.

Other contenders include The London Gospel Choir at 9/1, Clean Bandit, Inspiral Carpets and Mariah Carey who are all priced at 12/1.

Outsiders to claim the UK Christmas Number One are The Pogues at 25/1, The Spice Girls at 33/1 whilst girl band Little Mix can be backed at 50/1.
