€0.40 Stake Transformed Into €15,844.40 On Lotto By Dubliner

A punter in South Dublin received an eye-catching boost to their finances this week when a €0.40 Yankee wager paid dividends in the best way possible.

One punter in our BoyleSports shop in Fir House South Dublin was celebrating on Friday evening after their four numbers were drawn in the Euro Millions Lotto.

The anonymous customer selected four balls in a €0.40 Yankee that added up to a total stake of €4.40. The selected numbers were 4, 17, 21 and 34 in the Euro Millions Lotto Plus draw.

When the first three numbers were drawn, the punter was left sweating on the last number to roll out of the machine and when the number 34 came out the celebrations began.

When all the numbers were drawn, the South Dublin native was able to return to their local shop and walk off with a jaw-dropping total of €15,844.40 from a stake of €4.40
