Leinster 1/2
Leinster enter the later stages of this competition and it’s easy to see why. They have been in imperious form this season in the United Rugby Championship currently leading the way 13 points clear at the top following an unbeaten record of 15 wins and 1 draw and a team which formed the backbone of the Ireland Grand Slam winning side.
In the European Champions Cup, they can’t be touched either this season winning four out of four of their pool-stage games with a points differential of +150. They then beat Ulster 30-15 in the Round of 16 and Leicester 55-24 in the Quarter-Final and will come into their Semi vs Toulouse as favourites.
Leinster lost in the final last season to La Rochelle and are without a victory in the competition since their success in 2017-18 over Racing 15-12. This season looks like their time again.
La Rochelle 4/1
In the Top-14 this season they are currently second with 13 wins and 8 defeats in their opening 21 matches. However, La Rochelle are defending Champions of this competition after their 24-21 victory over Leinster last season which was their first-ever success in the competition.
In the pool stages, they won four out of four with a points differential of +63. They’ve shown battling qualities throughout beating Gloucester 29-26 in the Round of 16 and beating Saracens 24-10 they will play Exeter for a chance to defend their crown in the final.
Toulouse 5/1
In the Top-14 this season they are currently first with 14 wins and 1 draw and 6 defeats in their opening 21 matches. The 2020/21 Champions have been in good form this season in the pool stages, they won four out of four with a points differential of +57.
They dispatched of South African side Bulls 33-9 in the Round of 16 and won 54-20 over Sharks in the Quarter-Final. Their biggest test of the season will be Leinster in the Semi-Final and if they can get past them expect them to be favourites for the final.

Exeter 18/1
In the Premiership, they have been average this season currently 6th out of 11 sides after a record of 9 wins and 8 defeats from their 17 matches.
In the Champions Cup this team have shown great heart and fight though in the Round of 16 reached the Quarter-Final by scoring more tries than 14-man Montpellier in a thriller that finished 33-33 after extra time.
In the Quarter-Final they dispatched South African side Stormers 42-17 to earn a place in the Semi-Final v defending champions La Rochelle. It would certainly make a great underdog story if they could win the competition.
