THE FORM – Glasgow v Toulon
Glasgow have been decent this season, they finished fourth in the United Rugby Championship to Qualify for the Quarter-Final but were defeated in that by Munster in a 5–14-point scoreline to bow out of the competition. However, it is the Challenge Cup where they have flourished this season qualifying out of Pool A undefeated with a record of 3 wins and 1 draw from their four matches in four tight matches. In the Round of 16 though they trashed The Dragons in a 73-33 scoreline, they would then beat Lions 31-21 in the Quarter-Final and finally earned their place in the Final by beating Scarlets 17-35.
In the Top-14 this season Toulon were poor finishing in eighth position with a record of 13 wins and 12 defeats in their 25 games. In the Challenge Cup they have been much better though, winning four out of four matches. In the Round-of 16 they defeated Cheetahs 36-21, winning their Quarter-Final against fellow French side Lyon 48-23 before earning their final place easily in a 23-0 victory against Benetton.

This could go either way with both sides in decent form throughout the competition. But I feel the Toulon defense will be key along with their experience to grind out a victory in what promises to be an extremely tight match.
