Hamilton Looking To Make It 5-In-A-Row At Silverstone

Formula One is back at the Silverstone circuit for the British Grand Prix this week.

Despite Lewis Hamilton’s Austrian retirement resulting in Sebastian Vettel taking over the championship lead by a point, the odds are in the British driver’s favour.

Hamilton is the five-time champion on home soil.

Four of those wins have been in successive years since 2014, and he will undoubtedly be keen to reassert his dominance. At Evens, Hamilton is the firm favourite to top the podium in Northamptonshire.

Vettel, who like Hamilton has three Grand Prix wins under his belt so far this season, is the 10/3 second favourite to cause upset for Hamilton and extend his lead at the head of the table.

Valtteri Bottas is next at 5/1 to go one better than his runner-up place last time out with Red Bull’s Max Verstappen and Daniel Ricciardo priced at 11/2 and 9/2 respectively.
