Ireland Fans Learning The Haka Before Saturday

If you can’t beat them join them especially when they’re playing England in the next round of the Rugby World Cup.

As Irish fans recover from the disappointment of their quarter-final defeat to New Zealand, many have taken to throwing their support behind the team who eliminated them from the competition.

“Last weekend was very disappointing, obviously Ireland lost but also Japan lost”, An Irish rugby fan told us. “Japan were our second favourites and when they went out, all our attention went to hoping England don’t win it.”

“I actually didn’t know there were moves to it, I thought they just stood there, slapped their arms, looked scary and prepared for absolute carnage”, An Irishman said of the Haka.

“I still don’t understand what I’m doing but if it helps New Zealand I’ll do it”
