The anonymous punter started on the road to riches when a €5 Lucky 15 bet struck on their BoyleSports account on Tuesday returned €6,625 thanks to victories at Lingfield for Double Legend (22/1) and at Nottingham for Glorious Angel (9/2) and Struth (13/2).

Not content with their four-figure haul, later that evening they reinvested €41.05 of the winnings on three more horses and they were on the verge of a second windfall when Albeseeingyer (13/2) won at Carlisle and Asraabb (6/1) won at Chelmsford.

The incredible run was topped off in the 8.35 back at Carlisle, where 10/3 shot Martin’s Brig triggered a second big payout, this time totalling €9,338.87.

That meant they finish they day with six winners as their total winnings soared to a mega €15,963,87.
