Kilkenny Rose New Favourite For The Crown

Rose of Tralee

Outright Betting

We can report that there is now a new favourite to win this year’s Rose Of Tralee.

Kilkenny Rose Sarah Kearns has jumped to the head of the betting after a flurry of bets.

Initially installed at 12/1, the 25 year-old school teacher is now the new 4/1 favourite.

Galway Rose Rosie Burke is currently the 5/1 second favourite having seen her price collapse in from 10/1 whilst the Cork Rose Denise Collins is next in the betting at 6/1.

Chicago Rose, Maggie Rose McEldowney, whose grandmother hails from County Derry, has also seen movement and is now 12/1 from 25/1 whilst Cavan Rose Lisa Reilly is 12/1 to provide the county with their first success in the competition.

Last year the winning Rose came from Meath and their representative this year Treasa Sheridan is 66/1 to win the crown for the Royal County.

The Mayo Rose, who has been the subject of support last week, has been eased back out to 14/1 from 6/1.

The Rose Of Tralee betting continues to bloom each year with this year’s event already exceeding previous years in betting turnover. We wish all the Roses the very best in Tralee.
