McGregor Fever Hits As Punters Pounce Early

Despite the upcoming World Title bout not happening until March 5th, we can report that punters are already latching onto Conor McGregor to win his lightweight battle against Rafael Dos Anjos at UFC 197.

Initially McGregor was installed at 10/11 but following some hefty bets including a cash bet of €4500 at 10/11 he has been cut into 4/5 to become the first man ever to concurrently hold two belts.

There is no sign of the demand drying up with a bet of €5500 at 4/5 laid in a County Cavan shop earlier in the week.

As a result, Dos Anjos has been eased out to Evens from 10/11 to achieve his second lightweight title defence.

Our traders are expecting McGregor’s current 4/5 to dry up sooner rather than later with no sign of punters shying away from The Notorious being victorious.
