Punters Loving Ruth Negga As Odds Slashed Again

Ruth Negga may have been omitted from the list of nominees for Best Actress on the official Oscars website, but it hasn’t hurt her chances of winning.

Negga, who is nominated for her role in Loving, has had some strong support from punters in light of the recent mishap.

We initially installed the former Love/Hate star at 25/1, but the bets quickly rolled in, forcing them to cut her odds into 16/1.

The only other interest we have seen so far in the Best Actress betting is for La La Land’s Emma Stone, who is the current 8/11 favourite. Natalie Portman is also a strong contender at 15/8.
