Tom Cribbin Hot Favourite To Be Next Kildare Manager

Jack O’Connor has stepped down as Kildare manager after two seasons in charge with Tom Cribbin the favourite to take over the role.

In a statement, O’Connor cited the long commute between his home in South Kerry and Kildare as the main reason for stepping down.

The Kerry native took over the Lilies in 2020 on a three-year deal, to be reviewed after two years but he will not see out his final year with

former Westmeath, Offaly and Laois manager already backed into 1/2 favourite from 3/1 to fill the spot.

We have also seen support for Davy Burke to become O’Connor’s replacement. The former Wicklow manager is 13/8 from 10/11 while Glen Ryan and Niall Carew are next in the betting at 12/1.
