Tyrone came into this 2024 campaign following a season last year which saw them finish 4th in Division 1 with 4 victories and 3 defeats. They were eliminated in the Ulster Football Championship at the first hurdle losing 1-18 to 2-17 against Monaghan in the Quarter-Finals, following the All-Ireland Series they were again knocked out at the Quarter-Final stage this time against Kerry in a 2-17 to 0-12 scoreline.
